 Mk auto group really made it very easy getting a car. I told Michael which make and model i wanted and he had no issues getting the best price for me. Plus you dont have to actually walk into the dealership anymore with mk auto group. They do it all and all i need to do is sign. Especially if you have already been to a dealership before, you should know the hours spending time there just to get a deal. When mk auto group does that for you. Michael is very professional and friendly. He really made it easy contacting him if i have any concern.  Best car buying experience ever! Michael addressed all my concerns and accommodated all my requests. I told him which car I wanted, and he went out to seek out the best deal with the most reasonably priced car.  During the COVID19 shutdown, my dad's car broke down on Saturday. The car was old and autoshops and dealers was closed. Panicked, I contacted Michael to see if he could do to help me out on such short notice. He went above and beyond what I could have hoped for. He was professional, easy to work with, and fast. I don’t know how he did it, but he found me the car I wanted with the colors and trim options I wanted in 1 day! What a life saver. By Monday morning, he delivered the car to my house and had all the paperwork prepared for me to sign and go to work. He made things really easy, straight forward and didn’t try to up sell me on options that I did not need. I could not imagine a more easy and seamless process.
